How can I gain the weight I had before?

Back in my junior year of high school, I had a nice curvy petite body with a plump butt. But afterwards, I don't know I guess I got a little depressed to where I just sat in my room all day and ignored that my stomach was growling. Now a few months after I get out of high school I still can't manage to get my weight back up to where it was (110-115lbs.). I gained weight so easily a year and a half back...now I can't even KEEP a pound or two that I gained. Also I think back in my junior

I don't want to hear EXERCISE or do squats or exercises to get luscious thighs or the butt I want. Exercising is just going to make me even skinnier than I am now. Because I gained weight WITHOUT exercising.

Any types of foods I should specifically eat? Whats the amount of food I should eat of that food? Are there any techniques that you guys naturally do without even trying to gain weight...and it makes you gain weight anyway? I don't want any GNC shakes or anything.

Update:

Oh yea...I'm now 93 pounds. And its been like a year and a half since I had a cute curvey physique.

Not particularly, you might but it surely particularly is dependent upon the style of coaching you're doing. If you're taking in plenty of protien and are performing some severe lifting, you can almost always obtain muscle faster than you're wasting weight. In that case, then you're going to obtain weight earlier than you lose it. If you're doing aerobics and useful weight coaching then you're going to drop pounds even as nonetheless gaining muscle tissues.

To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. When adding calories, try to stay away from adding too much fat. While you can get fat from eating carbohydrates or protein, your body likes to use carbohydrates as fuel more than fat. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you have to stimulate your muscles enough through resistance training that while they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member.
