if you have a mouse attached to the mac pro hold down the mouse button on startup, this will eject the disc. If you don't have a mouse attached, hold down the click button on the face of the mac pro. Beyond pressing the mouse button at start-up, there's heading into Open Firmware and demanding the eject through the command line. Hold down command-option-O-F at startup (oh, not zero). Then enter this command:
eject cd
The disk should pop right out.

Try rebooting your Mac if you haven't already. If there is a CD/DVD in there it should show up. If not try the "eject" button on the top left of your keyboard.
