Where is the show Sasuke or Kunoichi filmed?

It's filmed in Yokohama, but I don't know the dates.

Somewhere in the hills of Yokohama.

It might be Ikuta or something.

Located near Shin-Yokohama, a Shinkansen station.

The show has been filmed at the outdoor field of "Midoriyama studio (city)" in Aoba-ku,Yokohama-city, Kanagawa prefecture. The large studio located in suburb is a studio of TBS(a TV station) broadcasting that show.

Access: From Shinjuku, take Odakyū Line

& get off the train at Turukawa station (it seems to the nearest train station to Midoriyama studio.) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Odakyu_Odawara_Line

to transfer to the bus bound for Narakita-danchi via Kodomono-kuni" and get off at "Midoriyama studio bus station"

It will take around 1 hour or more because the bus don't come frequntly.

It says only participants family and friends are allowed to present during filming.

You can be a participant or find a people who will be a participant.
