I am a bit confused about the "Top Cricket Answerer"...Can anybody explain this to me?

I also have been noticing this in betrween. Not only in cricket section, but also in other sections of Yahoo Answer this discrepancy takes place. I think it has something to do with some flaw in the site. I never bother about the same answerer

comparable element occurs in my domicile. My father's cricket loopy. on a similar time as quickly as I certainly have tests/tests my father shall we me look ahead to a speedy at a similar time as. on the different hand my mom purely is familiar with Sachin Tendulkar. like an answerer above pointed out - this is happening in other sections too. I saw the same erratic behaviour in RAMADAN section too.

The problem - though best known to YAHOO - can be:

1- Problems at Yahoo! Answers database. Though rare, they cant be exempted as a possible culprit.

2- Maybe they both are close together on best answers and are havin a tough competiton!

3- Cookies.

Cookies store recent data of the visited website and can sometimes cause the browser to display older information saved as cookies on ur computer.

Try to refresh cookies on your computer by going to TOOLS> INTERNET OPTIONS> DELETE COOKIES (in internet explorer) or TOOLS> OPTIONS> PRIVACY> CLEAR PRIVATE DATA (in Firefox).

Also try clearing the CACHE using similar method as above.

Though Valayakil is in the 7th level he has less best answers than Raja, & thats why Raja is on the Top so since Raja is not using Y!A now If Valayakil gets 2-3 best answers a day he will come to the top again & if he doesnt gets any best answer a day then he will go back to the second spot...

I think this is whats hapening there...

Its bc, I think ArRaja is the the same as VAkalj.

Why would you want to see Ar.raja answering you with picture where, vak same guy can ans. without picture. I also think there the creators or yahoo cricket. Sounds silly but, I only think & there the ssame people. For example I'm Agent Mowgli but, I'm agent 3000 another user for cricketv yahoo.

sometimes Mr. Vakail becomes first

sometimes Mr.Raja ...becomes first

sometimes nalakafairly becomes first

and sometimes,....karikalan and me never in the list

altogether....how come?

i wish Montitude can find the answer....

coz he has all the time in the world to answer non-stop...

It sometimes show like that because they often vary.Suppose think that i have got 123 best answers in cricket and you have got 124 you will be top cricket answerer.If again i got more than 2 best answers in cricket then i will become the top cricket answerer.

I noticed it long time ago. That man 'A.R.Raja' hasn't been here for a long time. He was the top answerer for a long time.

But now 'Vakayil Bhai' is the top answerer.

I think there is some problem with the update system of yahoo answers.

One day i saw 'Nalaka' as the top answerer,lol

And they haven't included my name in the top 10. What the hell is it?

We need answers from Yahoo answers,lol

This is very careless stuff from the staff of yahoo answers.

I must tell this to 'Mr.Hamster'

May be it is related to the domain,jumbling of domains.

Sometimes data reflecting the answers to the questions(US in your case) in a particular domain only and at other times the data in respect of all English questions.
