Do you think the reason Romo has been playing great ....?
is because of the fumbled snap he had against the Seahawks in the playoffs last season... I believe that made him work hard in the offseason and he is out to prove himself.

i think that he is just a good player he was always good but the fact that he fumbled the ball probably made him try alittle harder.

If quarterbacks would be stereotyped as failures on one bad play they did in their career,no quarterback would be in the hall of fame today, his fumble maybe would have made another quarterback go into a shell, but instead Romo just came back this year and is doing great so far,the real reason he is doing well is that he waited his turn on the sidelines and learn from the mistakes of others,no one can say he won't fumble again or throw interceptions, but he still will be one of the best in the business

How about the fact that he is a good Quarterback. Everyone makes mistakes, and they learn from it. Name a QB that has not blown a game in there career. It happens to everyone at some point and Romo had his moment. They will be in the playoffs this year, so lets see if he does it again.
Peyton Manning made it to the playoffs almost every year, and lost. He is considered the best in the NFL right now.

No, while Romo was crushed by that play, some of the more significant reasons would be these. A year more for Romo to get acquainted with TO and Witten has certainly helped the offense. An offense designed to play to the talents and strengths of these players as well as a revamped O-line. More dynamic play calling by the offensive coordinator (I always felt Jason Garret could be a coach since he played very smart in his back-up role on the great 90's teams). And some really nice halftime adjustments on both sides of the ball.

That is the definition of reaching. Romo is playing well because he is good and he is playing on a good team. Also it helps that they haven't really been challenged yet. They'll get their chance to prove themselves this year. Then we'll all see if they are truly great. The same can be said for the other unbeaten teams, in my opinion. I say this for the Colts only because they sustained some tough injuries recently.
As for Romo's performance, I suspect he'll slow down a bit (but maybe not until after the Bills game). But the Cowboys should still play well enough to compete in almost every game. That is a sign of a good team, not just Romo.

No. That fumble was Parcells fault. The starting QB should never be a holder. Romo had a short slump. He'll have more like the great ones do from time to time.

Na, he doesnt have to prove anything. If you watch the game carefully you should also rememer the fumble of glenn in the in zone that gave two points away and the ball. Anyways if they had made the field goal, the haws steel had time to go down the field and get a FG and win. I blame it all in parcel for not taking advantage of the pedestrian cornerbacks that the hawks had that game.

the fumble snap couldve happen to anybody but i think that was a good thing for him and the team. Now look at us now baby.were gonna break they old season scoring record the vikings had. Romo is freaking awesome. How bout them Cowboys!!!

Yeah I would think that last season's fumbled snap was a great motivator in his play this year. But he would still be a Great quarterback anyway.

He is doing so well because of his self confidence. He knows that every player fumbles, he just did it at the wrong time.
He wins because he believes he can and has the ability to back it up.
