Yes, they're the same hotel. See the two sites I've listed at the bottom; they both have the same address of Ramblas 122 Barcelona. It does appear that it has your sea-front location, close to shops, etc. Reviews vary based on the sites (and the experiences and backgrounds of the reviewers). To get a real sense of how you feel about the reviews, read the comments of the reviews, and then take an average of all the reviews you read. If you aren't comfortable with what you see, you'll probably have to pay more and find another place. On the other hand, if you're only there 1 night, hopefully it works out fine and this was helpful.
