Butterfly effect 2 all 6 billion people blow upwards at once cooling the earths atmosphere?

second time I've asked this:-

All people blow out co2 anyway just breathing same for heat of breath.

So that wouldn't have a positive or negative affect on atmosphere.

My question relates to forcing air higher into the cooler areas of the atmosphere like the himalayas do which some people have theorised cooled the earth as it rose.

So my question is if everyone blew air upwards would that cool the earth?
