Hey the good thing is that you see where your problem area is. Since you seem like you enjoy eating, use to to your advantage. Rather than eating 3 huge meals a day, have 6 smaller portioned meals. It will keep your metabolism going and help you lose weight. Make sure your meals are high in fiber and protein. Stay away from anything processed. Start off with the food and carry that attitude into exercise.
Try to set a goal for yourself. Work out for 3 weeks and see how much weight you have lost. Cardio is your best friend. It will encourage you to keep going and before you know it, you will be down to your "ideal" size. Just remember, eat in moderation, work out till perspiration and you will reach your destination. It sounds corny but basically it says work out hard, eat the right foods and you will lose weight in no time at all. Good luck!

You should see your doctor about the sleep walking.
How much water do you drink a day? Try drinking a 16 oz. bottle before each meal that will start to fill you up, in addition to that, fruits and veggies really do help.
If you don't like salad as an appetizer, munch on an apple. Bring a sandwich to work, eat it the beginning of lunch and then get to walking for the rest of your break. Once you start moving you'll meet other people and find better things to occupy you mind.
Good luck! I've had that experience.

Honestly, that is pretty fat. You are obese. This might even be some sort of a mental disorder where you can't stop thinking about food. Like a severe attachment and dependence on food. Get help. Maybe see a psychiatrist. If you can, also get a weight trainer and nutritionist. And if you can't have all of these people, then depend on urself to overcome this. Say to urself, "This is now or never." You will have to be extremely disciplined about ur diet and you cannot give in or slack off. Get on that treadmill! Do those pushups! And put down those cookies, hun. :)

I completely understand. I've been obsessed with food my whole life ( even when I was a young child). Food is my drug of choice. There is such a thing as food addiction. Just like other drug addictions there is help. OA (overeaters anonymous) can help. They even have meetings online. When food is controlling you and you are using food for other reasons than nutrition then it is a problem. It's a vicious cycle. Your tired which makes you eat for energy which makes you heavier because your not burning off the food because your tired. I do understand and there are lots of people out there that can help. You are not alone.
