Does anyone know how to get rid of fluoride in the body?

Good question, Fluoride is a nastly little bugger though, and it's very difficult to get out of the body.

There are a variety of detoxification plans that can get some ammount out (and some is definitely better than none here), but the only thing I know of which gets large ammount requires drinking colloidal gold (since F is the only thing that reacts with Au, the FAu metal complex is harmless to the body and gets excreted rather than retained, and Au with bump F out of it's previous chemical bond).

I don't think eating gold is very affordable however, so I am constantly looking for better approaches. The easiest thing to do is prevent F from getting in in the first place (which can be done by drinking water purified via reverse osmosis), and I would focus on preventing further absorbtion first, since it's a more realistic step.

If you ever end up following through on something, please contact me about your experiences, because this is a topic I have been looking into for a long time, and I'm exteremely lacking in direct experiences.

I have heard for years about the link of aluminum to Alzheimer's disease, but did not realize all the sources of aluminum that we consume regularly. Fluoride becomes aluminum in our bodies.

I've even seen products a Walmart for this. Just make sure you eat healthy and take vitamins and minerals cause some of these plans will "wash out" the good stuff too.
