New Radiohead Album, Free or Pay? Your Choice.?

I just Downloaded Radioheads Newest album. They have decided to stick it to the record companies, retailers and itunes by allowing people to pay whatever they want for it, including Nothing.

So, the question is, How much would you pay?

and

What do you think of this latest move? Do you think any other bands would have the guts to do the same?

I just downloaded and I didn't pay but I'm enjoying it so much that I think I'll go back and pay for it now. I think it's awesome that they're taking out the middle man in this. Why should they make anyone else rich? The news that it is free or pay creates interest in the album so it is free advertising basically...smart. Although I'm sure they never would have done this at the start of their career.
