hybrid cars, anyone have any experience/impressions?

What's the low-down on Prius, and so forth? Would you buy

The Prius is a great car. It gets ~50 mpg, it's comfortable and roomy, and it's the greenest car on the planet:

I might buy a Tesla Roadster if I had a spare $100,000 lying around, but personally I'd rather wait for one of the upcoming electric vehicles linked below, because I don't need a sports car.

I would not even think about thinking of buying an EF’ing hybrid. I have got two planet destroying cars with extremely high Co2 emissions. I just don’t care about my so called carbon footprint. I am just so sick of people who dominate our roads with their stupid EF’ing hybrids. If a prius pulled up a some traffic lights next to my supercharged 3.7 litre Alfa Romeo 147 GTA, after 2 seconds it would be a spec in my rear view mirror.

To answer your question I could afford a hybrid but do you think I actually would, I have just purchased a Nissan Skyline R34 GTR V Spec II and I much prefer that to a stupid EF’ing hybrid

I think if you are thinking about a hybrid (god knows why) then go for a lexus. As we all know hybrids are bloody slow but when they chucked the hybrid motor in the back of the GS450h they made it produce more than 350 horses combined with a petrol engine thats not bad considering it still emits 186 CO2 at 35.8 mpg !!!

Prius, no. Tesla Roadster, why not? Especially if it's sold about Southeast Asia like Malaysia and Singapore, then thumbs up!
