Question for Net10 Prepaid Cell Phone Users....?

Not true. Net10 IS the best prepaid cell service. If I were you, I'd put the phone you bought off of your aunt on ebay and purchase the one you want from Net10 and use their service. Unlocked phones will not work on Net10 or Tracfone's services. The phones may look identical on the outside but they are programmed differently inside.

you can have the phone unlocked for use on any service, but it may not work properly. PLUS, net10 doesn't make as much money off of you unless you buy their phone, so they could refuse to activate it on their service and make you buy their phone. With that said, prepay is not always the best option, nor is Net10 the best prepay out there.

I have metro Pcs. The Only Thing is the phones are pricey
