I have had a Yahoo account for 10 years, but these days I prefer Gmail. It is more straightforward and has more storage space than one could ever need. You can chat right from it too. Fast loading, ads are on left sidebar but hardly noticeable.

gmail has less ads, more function oriented a
Y-mail has ads but is unlimited storage is cool, and the ads can be turned of.
i prefer yahoo!!!!!

Gmail, no ads, great search feature, and a lot of room. Very basic layout, so the load time is pretty good.

yahoo is way better. you can use Yahoo Messenger to chat with people on the e-mail, and text message them!

I prefer yahoo it is more reliable and gmail isn't really all that good.
