i was using IE7 and i dont know how to get "tabs enabled: help?

my computer crashed and i just finished fixing it with the new system cd (windows xp) and well i used to have tabbed browsing enable but not anymore - i cant seem to be able to turn it on!!! help me plz!!!

    make sure you are running IE7. If you just finished restoring, XP has 6.1 by default. You should do a windows update and make sure you install IE7.
