Neither of my browsers will not retain login combinations?

No setting have been changed, yet neither of my internet browsers (Microsoft and Firefox specifically) will retain username/password combinations like they used to. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem ?

Try changing some of the settings; even though you haven't changed any maybe by reconfirming settings it will again save your login information.

Firefox - At the top click on Tools, then Options. Click on the Privacy tab, and check these settings: make sure "Accept cookies from sites" is checked, and "Always clear my private data when I close Firefox" is UNnchecked. When finished click "save". This should allow Firefox to keep your login information. Try one and then the other, or try both if you want. This is how my Firefox settings are set and it will keep my login information for me.

Internet Explorer - Click on Tools, Internet Options, then Privacy. Set the "internet zone" setting to Medium. This is where mine is and again it saves login information for me.

Hope this helps you; if not then I can't help you - I'd have to be looking at your computer myself.
