Civic Experts - How much horsepower?
I'm looking at a 95 Civic, I think it has the B16?
Anyhow, it has a hybrid T3/T4 turbo, header, JE pistons, Eagle rods, ported/polished heads, and a Hondata ECU.
About how much horsepower will it make at the wheels?

A good test before you buy the car would be to ask the owner if you and he could pay half the cost each to have the car put on a dynamometer in your area and really see what the car can do.
