Should We Continue To Allow Undocumented Foreigners To Destroy America?
They spread poverty and crime. Over 25% of all federal prisoners are foreigners. Also, California alone spends over $1 billion yearly on criminal undocumented foreigners in California's county jails, state prison, court systems, etc...
People in Mexico are not poor. Mexicans have higher personal incomes than people in many countries in Eastern Europe. If we were going to let people immigrate to the U.S. based on poverty rates then would not let any Mexicans immigrate to the U.S.

There are famous developers making hundreds of thousands off of each crappy home they build. Several contractors I know of said they would never buy a house built by illegal aliens because the workmanship is very poor. The homes may look nice, the framing, foundation, electrical, and plumbing, are not good. That is also a safety issue. Illegal aliens are now replacing licensed electricians. Most new home fires are caused by electrical problems.
6) PRICE OF LETTUCE WILL STAY NEAR SAME after undocumented foreigners are deported. Even if we pay farm workers $21 an hour it would only increase the cost of lettuce by 14 cents.

No we shouldn't. I will vote for any candidate in the Republican party who promised to get rid of them. When we get rid of the illegals we can put some liberal welfare recipients back to work. Win / win for us!

I might just take a moment to note that people who live in healthy, happy, economically sound communities, that have plenty of food, water, appropriate shelter and climate control, clothes, and education for their children, and meaningful work don't tend to uproot themselves from their family and culture just to be a "hunted illegal" in a country and culture completely foreign to them.
Therefore, the greatest majority of illegal immigrants are here because it sucks less to be here than it does the horrible conditions they are running from.
So, if we REALLY want (which I doubt, because if we truly solved the problem of illegal immigrants, abortions, and really made it difficult for homosexuals to sleep together--in otherwords the neocon dream--then the neocons wouldn't have any more issues to rally around) to reduce and eliminate illegal immigration, we should withdraw from a pointless war that only exists to make money for Bush and his friends. I say pointless because whether we exit now or in 200 years, Iraq has a civil war brewing that will have to be fought and dealt with.
Once we have withdrawn from this war, we will find ourselves with alot more wealth. We should, if we truly want to end illegal immigration, use that wealth to improve the economic conditions that exist in Mexico, Haiti, and other countries who need help. Once their living conditions were decent enough, (EDIT--went back to check something and forgot to finish my answer) 99 percent of the illegal immigration would cease.

Destroy the country? Man you wouldn't know good sense if it bit you in the ***. This country is LONG GONE and it has nothing to do with undocumented, exploited, abused, raped, and hated people coming in from poor countries looking for hope and a new life.
You, my friend, are the reason this country is long gone. Do you have a brain in your head? Even if you don't want to see that people are being abused like that, and that my friend killed herself because she was illegal, got raped and continuously harassed but could not go to the police for fear of getting deported, what lazy american would work in the field? I know high school drop-outs with better jobs than that. These people, men, women and children suffer every day from ignorance like that. I've been beaten up more times than i can count for being a Mexican. I've had my arm broken and my things stolen, and I'm legal, so is my dad. We both work every day. And work hard, and I'm still in middle school.
Immigrants, even legal ones, are being deported so easily now.
Here i am now wasting my life posting an answer to one of the many identical questions that scream american. I hate being half american. I do. These are minutes of my life I'm wasting talking to a stupid person who doesn't know anything and is too proud to realize the truth. But hey, that's the American "way of life". Who am i to disturb this wonderful way in the land of opportunity?

Spread poverty and crime? Like a disease it can be spread? Last time I checked, most criminals are Americans. We should really kick Enron out of the country. And maybe the folks who commit unconstitutional crimes on American citizens...like our President. You say these so called 'facts' like they are real. Evidence? None. Wake up. Let me guess...you didn't give a thought to this issue until Fox News told you to. That's what I thought.

While I agree that illegal immigration in our country is a serious problem which needs attention, I think it's melodramatic and not helpful to say that it is "destroying America."
