Can anyone recommend a nice restaurant in Birmingham city centre?

I WAS in Birmingham last weekend and we found a fab Italian restaurant called 'Locanto Picalilli' just off St. Paul's Square.

they should be able to help.

Wonderful steak and fish restaurant.

Malmaison right next door to the Mailbox, at the opposite end to the canal.

Lovely, chic, and great service. Not overpriced.

Wagamamas is very nice. The prices are very reasonable and the food they do is really very good
