How do I get pics from my phone to my computer?

I've got an old Samsung phone that has pics. However, I don't have the adapter that would plug into my computer and upload them. And I don't have Net access on my phone. Phone doesn't have Bluetooth, but it has that infrared thing. Is that my only hope?

Update:

Remember - yes, you too, Erik O! - that I don't have Net access on my phone. But I have T-mobile, so it had a SIM card. Possibly I could put the SIM in another phone and Bluetooth it to my computer? But that's only assuming the pic is on my card and not my phone. Hmmm . . . .

Thanks for the answers so far, though!

Update 2:

And, no, no memory slot - it's a phone from 2003.

take it to your carrier's store and ask if u have a memory card slot. i have a nokia and i have a memory card and the thing that goes in the USB and a sandisk thing that goes in the adapter. then the memory card goes in the disk thingy.
