Did Anyone Hear Steinbrenner relinquishes control of Yankees 10/14/2007?

I just read Steinbrenner resigned today. What are your thoughts, and what do you say about the 34 years he ran the team.

    I think its great, now the fans have to deal with a 2-headed Stienbrenner. Its just what New York deserves.

    Hes taking a break hes giving his job temporally to his sons because hes sick and cant do it himself
