I have a USB drive that when I put into my PC it does nothing... Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

It can also be dirty? Do you always plug the correct side? Mistakes happen.. Good luck

One thing we run into at work is that network drives are mapped where the USB drive tries to map. For instance, some of our engineering groups have the E: drive mapped for drawings and such. These folks can't use their flash drives until the disconnect from their E: drive first.

    hi mate,

Well my suggestion is to check whether the USB port is working properly or not. Try connectiing some other USB drive to the same USB port in your computer or if you do not have any spare usb then try connecting with your friends or any other computer to test. there may be some fault with either one of the device.

    Hope this answers your request.

    Regards
