Anyone out there got a Ural Russian motorcycle?
I'm looking into buying a Ural Russian motorcycle, the "Patrol" or the "Wheels Up" models with the engageable rear wheel. Does anyone have any experience with them?

Just bought one last month my friend bought one yesterday be prepared to be asked all about it where ever you go. We also have Harleys. The difference is with the harleys people say nice bike with the Urals people say give me a ride. Carry two extra helments you will need them alot. Don't worry about tickets threre slow but way fun.

Im in Australia.. had a URAL with sidecar over 30 years ago..
dont think they have changed much...
so its heavy, slow but you can fix it with some fencing wire..
no high tech stuff to go wrong..

i rode Ural when i was young...
the bike is heavy and big. be ready for that...
other than that... you will be able to fix it with ANY parts.. lol...
