PC Suite is for Nokia phones.
Since you have a Motorola W200, if your phone has a MiniUSB plug, all you would need is Motorola Phone Tools ($35 at Motorola's website or at BestBuy) and a Mini-USB cable. You would then be able to transfer music (mp3, mid, wma), video, and pictures to/from your phone so you can use them for ringtones, backgrounds, callerID picture, etc.

i suggest calling the manufacturer of the phone or the cell phone provider to assist you on this as there may be a wired data cable made for your phone.
