Don t you feel that the new Muslim lantern is a bit too far cry for attention into the current political weather, I mean changing Alan scott to gay is one thing, but just after all the incident but Muslims recently isn t it pushing it a bit too far?

So here is the story, my mom is an American citizen she was born in California and so is my grandfather. but after my mother was born my grandparents got divorced and my mom went to live in Mexico when she was 4 years old before starting school in the US or anything else that might prove she stayed in the US for more than a year. I was born September 1983 (age 28) and my brother was born February 1996 (15). So now we both want to claim nationality through my mother or my grandfather, can anyone help me with any advice on how do I start the process please.

my grandfather is an american by birth, my grandmother is Mexican, My mom was born in california so she is also american by birth but was brought into Mex. when she was four y.o. after my grandparents divorce she grow up in Mex and has never stayed in the us fro a period larger than a year. she´s currently turning 50 y.o. she is a single mom and had me and my brother I´m currently 25y.o. my brother is 12y.o.

Only my moms name appears in my birth certificate and i share her last name I was born in Mx. so I´m Mx by birth. So far i had traveled

to the US many times and hold a tourist visa to expire in a year.

Every time I renewed my visa I had troubles because the visa officers would tell me to apply for nationality, but naturalization's officer in the embassy would tell me that i didn't´t met the conditions to apply. Now before having to renew my visa i would like to explore what other options beside a Tourist visa can I apply for to allow me to travel in and out of the US. Can I met requirements for naturalization or apply for any other option of immigration ???

I live in mexico, but as a homepage I use yahoo the regular american version that everybody in the us uses because I do like the yahoo page applications and links. It´s great for searching and news but... Everytime i connect there´s a little square in the page telling me to visit or use yahoo mexico instead of the english yahoo... So far this was okay I don´t like the yahoo mexico web page as much as I do with the american yahoo so I visited a couple of time and then forgot about it but the square is always there and slowly the frames seem to be becoming more racist and offensive In the way that since I´m from mexico I cannot know , use or even comprehend yahoo in english. I find this extremely insulting I know english, know the US, And most important I hate being told to use something I don´t want to use just because someone thinks to know best...what could you tell me about stuff like this?
