So I want opinion and advise on matter of nationality or green card?
my grandfather is an american by birth, my grandmother is Mexican, My mom was born in california so she is also american by birth but was brought into Mex. when she was four y.o. after my grandparents divorce she grow up in Mex and has never stayed in the us fro a period larger than a year. she´s currently turning 50 y.o. she is a single mom and had me and my brother I´m currently 25y.o. my brother is 12y.o.
Only my moms name appears in my birth certificate and i share her last name I was born in Mx. so I´m Mx by birth. So far i had traveled
to the US many times and hold a tourist visa to expire in a year.
Every time I renewed my visa I had troubles because the visa officers would tell me to apply for nationality, but naturalization's officer in the embassy would tell me that i didn't´t met the conditions to apply. Now before having to renew my visa i would like to explore what other options beside a Tourist visa can I apply for to allow me to travel in and out of the US. Can I met requirements for naturalization or apply for any other option of immigration ???

You don't qualify US citizenship through your mother, because she grew up in Mexico since 4 years old. These are the requirements.
If you were born abroad to ONE U.S. citizen:
In most cases, you are a U.S. citizen if all of the following are true:
• One of your parents was a U.S. citizen when you were born;
• Your citizen parent lived at least 5 years in the United States before you were born; and
• At least 2 of those 5 years in the United States were after your citizen parent’s 14th birthday.
Your record of birth abroad, if registered with a U.S. consulate or embassy, is proof of your citizenship. You may also apply for a passport to have your citizenship recognized. If you need additional proof of your citizenship, you may file an “Application for Certificate of Citizenship” (Form N-600) with USCIS to get a Certificate of Citizenship. Call the USCIS Forms Line at 1-800-870-3676 to request
Form N-600, or download the form at www.uscis.gov.

The other option is that your mother goes back to US and petition you for the green card, which will take about 17-19 years.

Citizenship is exceeded from discern to toddler. no longer from toddler to discern. Having a toddler born in the U. S. does not qualify you for a green card. It does not even qualify you for a travellers visa. besides the undeniable fact that if the toddler makes a decision to stay in the U. S., then on the age of 21 they are able to petition you to the U. S....in the event that they meet the earnings requirement to accomplish that.

you can not meet the requirements of naturalization, because you were not born in America., you are not a natural born citizen of this country.....there are other options for you though, I would suggest contacting immigration and explain to them what you are wanting to do.
