What's the deal with crocs?????!?!?!?

I agree with you they are hideous. Anything that the masses wear I won't. How unoriginal can one be to wear something that almost everyone with no fashion sense would wear. Your guess is as good as mine. Aren't they out now anyway?

Yes, they are hideous, but that should not really matter. People should wear what they are comfortable with, but I can't help but think that they are not good for your feet. I tried a pair on and realized that they offer no support whatsoever. I am a massage therapist, and these shoes scare me because I imagine all of these people with postural distortions,wide feet and fallen arches trying to walk in some other brand of shoes when Crocs are out. I personally would not wear them for anything other than house slippers or gardening.

They are comfortable. I only wear them to work because I work at a hospital so it makes since that I wear them. I wouldn't wear them as everyday shoes though. I have Vans for that.

Damn, they are so ugly. I'd expect some 2 year old to wear it, but not a 12 - 15 year old wearing them as fashionable.

What's up with those ballet looking like shoes that just barely cover the toes, girls?? They are ugly. Boys don't want to look at your feet and your toes every day.

I wear them, I like them, I work on my feet all day ,and I don't give 2 shi*S if people don't think they are fashionable, I don't care what other people think, other people don't pay my bills, other people don't walk a mile in my croc's, I like to be comfortable when I work, and even when I get off of work, so, I love my ugly neon green croc's!!! And all those who hate them because they are not fashionable, Boo freakin Whoooo!!

I think everyone agrees with you, but the comfort factor is so extraordinary that people are wearing them anyway.

They are hideous, and to me they scream "tacky" and let me know that the person wearing them has no dignity and no fashion sense. And they are probably deaf too. Otherwise, they would hear us laughing at them.

If you happen to have the comic strip "Pickles" in your newspaper, they had this topic recently. The grandpa was complaining about how ugly they were, but at his age all he cares about his comfort. (so he wore them anyway)

i hate them too. they are so ugly.... but people are right. They weigh nothing and they are so comfortable. I wore them on the boardwalk this summer and I didn't even get tired.
