How to get data to calculate *exactly* what a DUI costs per conviction...?

How do I find, or has someone calculated somewhere, what the total fines have been, court surcharges, attorneys fees, lost wages (or employment), marital dissolutions or loss of children... *everything*

for

How many charges and convictions

Hopefully by state?

Update:

whoever gives the most helpful stuff gets the best answer... i don't expect many people will have all of these sources, but i can dream, can't I? ;)

"Studies focusing on various states around the country have found the average cost of a DUI conviction to range from $5,000 to $20,000, and some of those costs are increasing.

Illinois is one of the few states providing an official estimate of average DUI costs. The typical Illinois DUI conviction costs the drunk driver $14,660. That average takes into account lost work time and attorney fees. " http://www.totaldui.com/dui_articles_cost_of_dui_c...

"The minimum cost of a first conviction for DWI in New York State is estimated at $9,500. " http://www2.potsdam.edu/hansondj/DrivingIssues/110...

Texas - "The average cost for just pleading guilty is at least $5,206.14, not including your attorney fees, or how much your insurance company will surcharge you." http://austindwi.com/dwi-facts/dwi-conviction-cost...

Fines and fees vary widely among the states, hence the disparity in averages.
