okay, i dont know whats wrong with me, i'll list my symptoms?

two days ago i was downtown and i got this HORRIFIC headache out of nowhere, i assumed it was a sinus thing so i took some tylenol and let it go, i woke up yesterday morning and my head didnt hurt as bad, but it still hurt and i walked out of my room and this horrible churning pain in my stomach hit me, and i started throwing up stomach acid EVERYWHERE... i was immobile for about half an hour, then after about an hour, the churning feeling was gone, but i felt like i had this knot in my stomach and it moved toward my chest, and the knot pain has been in my chest area since yesterday, well about thirty minutes ago i threw up again, but i didnt feel like i needed to it just happened, and the liquid was this redish color *not blood*, it looked like iodine actually, well it tasted bitter, not like acidic bitter, but like basic metalicish bitter. and after that the knot felt like it went down a little, it was amazingly unpleasant to say the least... does anyone know what could be wrong?

You could be suffering from a migraine headache. The pain, if bad enough, can cause you to vomit. Or you could possibly have food poisoning, stomach flu, or something bacterial. Go to the Doctor to be safe.

Yikes. Sounds scary. If I were you I'd call a doctor right away or go to the ER. I know it can cost TONS but better to be safe than sorry.

    Go here: http://symptoms.webmd.com/default.htm

You can put in your symptoms and it will give you a list of what it could be.

You will need to see your doctor as soon as possible because you lost lots of fluids
