Anybody know how to make candles, gift baskets, & smell-good soap? PLEASE READ~!!?

You might want to purchase a nice wicker basket or a fancy glass bowl to display the items in..line the bowl with a nice face cloth.....you could include a sea sponge or a loofah .

Candles are easy to make but you really have to study how to make candles. The wax has a melt point and if you get it to hot it can explode. You can learn how and buy kits at www.cajuncandles.com. You can buy melt and pour soaps that are really inexpensive and fragrance oils also at Cajun Candles. It is nice that you want to give your sister hand made gifts. Hope this helps.

I make all the items you discussed. It will be a bit expensive to buy everything you need in the way of supplies to do this. It takes a lot of experimenting to make candles that will be safe to burn. You have to get all the steps right and measure your scents just so. My suggestion to you would be to go to Michaels or Hobby Lobby and buy a kit that will make just a few bars of soap or a couple of candles. Melt and pour kits. The melt and pour glycerine soaps are easy and turn out very pretty.

when i was in form 2 my art teacher teach me how to make a colourful candle.you may need pot, white candles, a box of crayons, and a fragrance oil. 1 you must melt the candle and any colour of crayon ,when the colour of the mixture look nice you may add the fragrance oil and pour the colourful candle into a suitable glass shape or anything else

when i was little we use to get plain white candles, a box of crayons, and a lighter. We would melt the crayons over the white candle and it turned out to be a beautiful and colorful candle.
