there's this weird medieval gy in some sort of pajama and he's like doing gimnastics, with some ohter guys dressed the same. and he looks like English, he's in a luxurious castle/mansion, there's also a scene, with him drinking tea from a fancy cup.:)

It's a pretty old song, it was big when I was in HS, so I'm not sure if it's the one that you're thinking of. Good song though :)
