What is a good program to use to make a simple 3 picture collage for my desktop background?
I tried Picasa but it won't let me arrange the pics how I want and it overlaps them too much. I tried Paint.net and it's WAY too complicated. I can't make heads or tails out of it. All I want to do is take 3 pics of my 3 kids and create a simple collage to use as a background for my PC at work. Thanks for any advice.

you have to increase the canvas size and then place the pics on the canvas
