Calories???

How many calories should I have a day, if I'm 15 and 5'8? Also, can I lose weight if I eat less or do I have to excersise too? Well, thanks♥

    How much do you weigh is the question.

    I am going to assume you weigh 130 lbs.

    You need a pure minimum of 1,450.

    Add another 500 or so for like... you know, all the wonderful things that humans do, like walking and talking and breathing and you get aprox 1,900 cal a day.

    How'd I know? Because I'm 5'11" and I weigh aprox 150 and that's a normal range for someone your height.

    You sound like you have a fast metabalisum like me. So what I would recomend if your not trying to gain muscle or anything at least 2,000 calories a day. I am 5,11 135lbs and I have to eat 3,000 calories a day to gain muscle.
