How would you answer this JOB INTERVIEW question??

Maybe you can say something like: I am not aware of any weakness that would interfere with the job.

tell them what you consider a weakness is the first 2 weeks on the job......that every job that you do you like to do it well

acclamation takes about 2 weeks...knowing the job the people and how you are required to handle certain situations

what fires you can put out yourself and what ones you need help with......once your in your comfort zone these issues are no longer a weakness but a strength.....your not telling him anything he didn't know already...you are telling him give me the job,wait a couple of weeks before you judge me...let me learn he job

Weaknesses I had at a young age, but now that I am full grown, I have overcome my weaknesses and turned them into strengths that becomes my leadsership and my guide.

what you need to do when answering this question is say something that you would like to achieve better at.

the answer i gave when i answered this question is..

My weakness is i over extend myself.

this shows that you are a team player, trying to help others with their tasks, your head strong because people come to you for problems and the only real problem that you are weak at is helping too many people!!!!

tell them your weakness is having trouble delegating task to other people or trusting other to do a specific task. That way you cited your weakness and and it is a plus factor that you give diligence in your work by saying so.

ok ive been asked this question and i answered "im not sure what my exact weakness is but if i have one i do everything in my ability to overcome it rather than let it flaw me" you can change the words but just the main thing is to let him know that your weakness is not important its the fact that you will overcome it.
