I know I should go to the doctor, but do you really think I could be pregnant?

Morning sickness and sore breasts are not sure ways to tell whether or not you are pregnant. Some womane never experience morning sickeness (and a lucky) and in other cases the men have sometimes been known to experience the "symptoms" of pregnancy.

I would take another pregnancy test. You can buy a box of three for about $15-$20 and test every week for three weeks if it makes you feel better about the results.

Also, with the acne thing, one of my friends had horrible acne when she was pregnant. Again, some women experience things that others won't while pregnant. Also stress can play a big factor too, so watch out for that! ^_^

There should be a walk-in clinic of a Planned Parenthood-type place for you to take a pregnancy test.

Of course "you could be pregnant"! Especially if you have had unprotected sex! Take another test! If its still negative, you need to see a doctor, if for nothing else but to find out why you have missed a period! You didnt say how old you are, but sometimes its normal to miss a period here and there, especially if stress in involved!
