Fans of the Diane Rehm Show?

I haven't listened to her regularly in a couple of months. I'm having problems with my radio reception at work.

But when I did listen, it was pretty good. I think E.J.Dionne and David Ignatius who they occasionally have on the Friday News Roundup are pretty knowledgeable about what's going on in the world.

Her coverage of the Iraq war has been very good. Plenty of experts on the show to explain what's going on.

Are you seriously suggesting all radio programs present only the conservative view, as approved by you? Do your opinions deserve more weight than anyone else? That's more than a little egocentric, if she didn't appeal to some people she would be replaced, just as if Rush lost listeners he would be. Because she doesn't appeal to you, doesn't mean anything much at all, we can't all be paid apologists for the failed Republican point of view. Controlling, or limiting the kinds of thinking we hear or read on public media is the way we lose our freedoms. It's always the first step.

I used all the time then I moved to a place that doesn't carry it on their NPR...
