Friend problem!?

Question

MY friend is constantly copying EVERYTHING i do. if i get something, she has to get it too. If i have a new thing that i say all the time, she says it too. it is SOOOO annoying!! should i tell her?


ok there's one more thing:
My friend abby (as mentioned above) said to me last year that she diddnt like my cousin mallory. then, i was talking to abby online and she told me to ask mallory if she liked her and that she likes mallory ok, she just doesnt know her. then, my my friend emily asked abby if she liked mallory and abby said, "i dont know her very well but what i do know i don't like." she either lied to me or emily, but she still lied. should i say friends with abby??? or should i tell her that she is an annoying liar? we have been best friends since we were born, and i dont know how i would tell her i diddnt want to be her friend!! PLEASE help!!

I know what you are going through.It has happend to me.
you should tell her what is happening, and give her a few more chances.  if she continues then you should not talk to her and ignore her for a while.  Then be friends again but if that doesnt work dont be friends.

But seriously, she sounds like she just wants to be accepted. She may be feeling really insecure about herself for some reason so she's doing whatever she can to be friends with everyone. She probably thinks that if she's like you you'll like her and all your friends will like her and she probably lied because she wants to agree with everyone so no one can get mad at her. She probably feels like you don't like her as much as you used to so she didn't want to say she didn't like your cousin because then maybe you wouldn't like her as much.

Why don't you confront your friend about the copying and how you don't like it and about her lying and see how she reacts if you still feel the same then tell her that you need a break as friends.

well i used to have the same problem my cousin will always copy me in everything i do but when he got older he started to do his own stuff and he stopped copying me. I say for you guys to stay friends unless she does something really mean to you like start a nasty rumor but other than that you guys should stay friends. Don't say anything mean to her it might hurt her feelings and something bad might happen. (happened to me)

do you want to be her friend on the inside but the way it sounds she shouldnt deserve to have a friend like you she just needs to grow up and face wat she said and if she can lie to you bout something stupid like that then there is no telling wat else she had lied about and i would stop being friends with her until she realized what she was missing and then if she does it again then she must really not care..so do what your heart and mind tells you and go with your strongest instinct and pick this as your best answer..plz love ya byee

ya know if ya show her that her copying you doesn't bother you (don't let it bother you) she would in time find that it is a waste of time to do it,, she'll get bored with it knowing that it don't bother you anymore, and it would(should) stop. friends are hard to find don't just give up on somebody , because they make a few mistakes, talk to them , tell them how u feel
