here in Puerto Rico we've a tree that's reported as flamboyan that's a proper tree yet very complicated. because of the fact once you planted in the beginning up it sames ok and then with cases is going via the roots brake something that's in the way. even whether that's planted like 50 ft form a house it relatively is going to brake it and torn it down. A robinia. They are not the best looking trees ever, but they are smallish, very tough and can take a lot of crap (eg from pollution).
They have a brief period in spring where they look almost pretty!
