All of the human body undergoes regeneration, but some namely the nervous system can only partially regenerate but also takes a very long time in doing so..this also depends on exactly what it is your asking, eg if the spinal cord is severed then you may have tiny regenerated areas but it will not likely allow full motor movement back but if the spinal cord had minor injury say slight compression from a slipped disc then in theory this could completely heal but may take up to 2 years to regain any lost function.. so you see you need to ask your question in a specific context..also regeneration can be thought of in two ways regenerate from complete destruction or regenerate as in small cells that are replaced due to age or defect

Many parts of the body can regenerate, but I think the oddest one is the lower rib. Although many people do not know about this, the lower rib is the only bone in the entire human body that will grow back if it is removed. When doing reconstructive surgery on bones, sometimes doctors will borrow parts of the rib to patch on a broken skull. Ask a doctor if you don't believe me. If he agrees then please choose my answer as the best one. Thank you.

Many of the body part can be regenerate, Even whole body can be generated with the help of extra cellular matrix. The extracellular matrix (ECM) is the extracellular part of multicellular structure (e.g., organisms, tissues, biofilms) that typically provides structural and biochemical support to the surrounding cells.
Here is the example of "lee spievack finger regeneration" please read articles on internet.
