one of my friends was rather large chested in 6th grade and the kids in class called hers,
"jellybonkers"

if you're trying to insult someone using a slang for breasts... you could refer to them as "your only redeeming feature"...( if they're big ) or " your little boy chest"... ( if they're small )... or " the only thing about you that identifies you as a woman" if they're average...lol...
