can you put liquid bandage on your lip?

i got hit in the mouth, and my braces tore up some skin on the outer part of my lip, it looks like a canker sore sort of. can i put liquid bandage on it?

    your orthodontist should have this stuff that you hold in your moth then spit it out. It's called a bandaide something... Sorry just ask your orthodontist.

    Only if it's outside your mouth- if the cut is on the inside of your lip, don't put liquid bandage on it (of course, if it inside your lip, it should heal quickly, as injuries in your mouth tend to do). Be careful, though- if the cut is huge or goes far past the outline of your lip, it has a risk of getting infected or possibly requiring stitches.

    Wash with warm water and afterwards put lotion on the area, should do the trick!
