What is a good online conferencing software? I want one that is very inexpensive and can host at least 100.?

This is for an online club to have meetings once a month. It would be great to have audio with possible video. Chat forums are good, but do not offer audio/video. I looked into skype, but at most, 9 people can talk. What do you think?

    To go beyond Skype's 9 user limit is going to be ex$pen$ive!!!
