Yes. First go to Yahoo!
Second, click the little house thing in the upper right. Then you will see there... Make this your homepage...
If not these are the ways:

Internet Explorer:
Open an Internet Explorer browser window.
In the toolbar at the top of the window, click Tools > Internet Options.
In the Internet Options dialog box, click the General tab.
In the Home page text box, type the URL of the web page that you want to be your homepage. For example:
Type http://www.yahoo.com/ in the text box for the Yahoo! homepage.
Type http://search.yahoo.com/ in the text box for the Yahoo! Search homepage.
Click OK.
The next time you open your browser it should open the page you entered.
Firefox:
Open a Firefox browser window.
In the toolbar at the top of the window, click Tools > Options.
In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Main tab.
In the “Home Page” field, type the URL of the web page that you want to be your homepage. For example:
Type http://www.yahoo.com/ in the text box for the Yahoo! homepage.
Type http://search.yahoo.com/ in the text box for the Yahoo! Search homepage.
Click OK.
The next time you open your browser it should open the page you entered.
Safari:
Open a Safari browser window.
In the toolbar at the top of the window, click Safari > Preferences.
In the Preferences window, click the General tab.
In the “Home page” field, type the URL of the web page that you want to be your home page. For example:

Click the red Close button.

In the Preferences window Category list, click “Navigator” to view Navigator preferences.
At Home page, in the “Location” field, type the URL of the web page that you want to be your home page. For example:

Click OK.

For Opera:
Open an Opera browser window.
In the toolbar at the top of the window, click Tools > Preferences.

In the Startup drop-down menu, click “Start with home page.”
In the "Home page" field, type the URL of the web page that you want to be your home page into the Address box. For example:
Type http://www.yahoo.com/ to set the Yahoo! homepage.
Type http://search.yahoo.com/ to set the Yahoo! Search homepage.
Click OK.
