There is no such thing as a free credit score. As mentioned by previous answer, you can get free credit report once a year.

The only way to find out your credit score is to go to a car dealership and act like you want to buy a car. They will run a credit check and if your score is too low deny your loan.

Ask them for copy of your credit report or at least tell you your credit score.

You will have to sign paperwork to authorize them access to your credit report.

Another way is to go to the bank and apply for a loan, they can get your score right away.

This practice of keeping ones credit score hard to get is just another way the Fat Cats in finance have of keeping the common people under their thumb.
