What does everyone think about Jimmy Buffett suing Disney Land because their parrot hats look too much like his parrot hats? In my opinion, it's childish and stupid. What's next, the "My dad can beat up your dad" argument?

I personally am waiting for the Macaws of the rain forests to rise up and counter-sue. I mean, really, they have a lot to be embarrassed about. First, they sell out to go sing in the Tiki Room for Disney, and then they allow Buffet to exploit them drinking and laying on the beach and doing questionable things with lizards on all those Magaritaville T-shirts looking like some damn Girls Gone Wild hoes.I question how many of those birds were of legal age.
Buffett needs to relax. Sometimes a parrot is just a parrot.

That is as bad as a guy suing the toy companys for making the toys to safe so he can not show his kids how to be safe. Worse part he may win.
