You should be able you may not even have a memory card in the camera and its saving it to your cameras internal memory
To find out you could either look in the instructions or search the camera for any memory card looking holes lol
Alternatively you could go into a camera shop and ask someone
I would be very surprised if you couldn't
Hope This Helps

Generally speaking, if the camera has a slot for a memory card and you can change the cards, then yes, you can buy a newer, bigger memory card.
However, there are some cameras with built-in memory only and no slot for a memory card. You're out of luck if that's the kind of camera you have.

A 1gb San Disk Transflash memory card just dropped through my letterbox 5 minutes ago from Memory4Mobiles (easily found on the Internet). I could have paid over £30 at Jessops but chose to pay £10 (including postage, etc) to this firm. You can guess why I chose the latter. This is what you might want to do. By the way, my Spell-check came up with "Jessie's" for Jessop...just about right I think.

Yes, if your camera can hold a card with more memory. Most new cameras can hold up to 2 GBs. Look in your manual. A 2gb can hold hundres of photos.

If there are vacant slots for specific amounts of memory then that means the motherboard is designed to operate at the expected speed of the combined amount of memory. For example, if you have 4 vacant slots and they were designed for either 512MB or 1GB each slot. Meaning, the motherboard is expected to operate at 2048MB or 4GB tops which is the limit. Since 2GB is more than enough of RAM then you could discard the two 512MB memory sticks. Depending on you operating system (if it is Vista or XP), 2GB is already beyond the golden target which was 512MB. No matter how much multi-tasking you do and how much 3D effects your computer performs, I'm certain that memory consumption would not exceed 1GB yet. And that is everything from multi-tasking to 3D effects. The remaining 1GB is nothing.

Youre prob not stuck. Unless you only have built in memory & no slot for a card.
My camera manual was written in 2006 when xD memory was max at only 1GB The factory said its ok to put in a 2 GB memory card & it will work fine.

Yes of course!
I got a Sony Cybershot T5 and the card that came with it was very small, so I just bought a bigger one.
Best place to buy a new card is on Ebay. They are much cheaper there than say Curry's, they're a rip-off!!! Some may come from Hong Kong which will take longer but are usually cheaper, but if you are in a hurry to get it, it is still cheaper to get one from a UK address on Ebay.

if it has a slot to take out or put another memory card in then yes you can change it upto 2 gigs!!! normally an SD card or Compact Flash. If you have no slot then the camera only has built in memory although this is rare now.
