Generally, worms announce their presence inside your body through symptoms like persistent abdominal pain, anal itching or diarrhea. Maybe threadworms if they are small, tapeworms are a bit larger. I had a parasite and the eggs looked like small grains of rice. As gross as this is going to sound, it is probably best to get a stool sample done. Until them just remember to wash your hands A LOT and keep them away from your mouth. Also only eat well cooked meats.

If you have them, you will be able to see them in your "waste" every time you go to the toilet. They will be long white worms and you will be able to tell that they are there. If you are pregnant, you should ask your doctor immediately because any parasite you might have could affect your baby, but in the meantime, if they are worms, eating lots and lots of garlic, or taking garlic supplements (pills) will help more than anything else.

When I was about 5 or 6 I got pin worms about 3 times because I used to sit in the mud and make "mud diapers" for myself. I never saw the worms, but my hiney hole itched a lot! You know how dogs drag their behinds on the grass to scratch it because it itches so badly, that is how I felt!
Anyway, my doctor gave me suppositories and they went away...until I played in the mud again. Go to your doctor and he/she will be able to tell you if you have them or not.
