Is my sons kindy teacher a bully?
Im sure my sons kindy teacher is a bully! everytime I walk in shes shouting at a child a little girl was crying her eyes out once and she was telling her off so harshly.
But i went in yesterday and she told me my son had be fighting with two of his friends, saying they were punching, when she approched the boys they said they didnt do anything and that they were just playing, and that batman does it.
She said that she marched them down to reception and had someone down there tell them all off. She said they are not allowed to play with each other any more. Then she saw outside behind me the other two boys were standing next to each other and yelled at them pretty harshly to get away from each other.
It sounds to me like they were play fighting that had gone too far by punching, I told him off when we got home for punching and told him that its not fun for the other person if they are getting hurt so thats not nice playing and not to play fight anymore, i also told him if i heard anything like it again i will take certain toys away.
What im worried about is that shes not going to let these boys play with each other anymore at all and shes going to continuously pick on them whenever they go near each other!! I do not want my son to be scared of going near his friends, I think they have all been punished enough. Im concerned about this teacher, i have heard many of the parents say shes to harsh, i dont think anyones said anything because they are scared!
3 AnswersToddler & Preschooler9 years ago8 year old step daughters mum shaved stripes into the side of her head - Husband not happy!?
What do you think about this? they have shared care of her 50/50 and last night she came home and her step dad had shaved stripes into the side of her beautiful long hair!
my step daughter told us that before they did it she asked her mum if she should ring dad to see if it was ok, her mum told her whilst laughing that he would just get mad and to hide it from him. My husband is angry about it, and she does things like this all the time, would you be? but what can you do about it? my husband doesnt know how to deal with his daughters mother
he always calls the mother before doing anything important like that (not that he would consider it) to seek her approval, she never gives him the same respect, just teaches her own daughter to lie to her dad.
3 AnswersFamily9 years agowhat to do about a Pathalogical lier?
my husbands ex must be a pathalogical lier! my husband is at his wits end they have a 6 year old girl together, she manipulates her too as well as lies to her for no reason, she calls my husband and says remember we talked about changing nights and hes like what the hell no we didnt, but this happens at least once a week, (they have her half time but she mucks him about) she gets caught over and over again lieing but she covers it up. She hates me for some reason i dont even know why, on my birthday their daughter had the whole weekend of dance shows and his ex rings and said we will go to one each it was really expensive so she says iv booked on the sunday so you will have to go saturday which was my birthday anyway we went on my birthday adn then she turns up to drop her off to me and said to her daughter ok ill see you there, i tell my husband that shes (ex) going he rings her (ex) and shes like oh no i lied to her (daughter) becasue she was upset that i (ex) wasnt going (she (daughter) seemed fine to me!) anyway we get to the show and shes (ex) there with her whole family who had all along booked the tickets! this is just one story out of the many where she lies so badly and gets caught and creates further lies. Im on here today because she has been lying big time this week including today so i was on here looking up if she actually had a problem and i found that there is a condition called a pathalogical lier, sounds like she could have this which is a big problem! but what im asking is what can we do about it? carry on living with this crap or???????? my husband has had enough seriously considering just ignoring her but she goes out of her way to make our lives hell! what to do???

1 AnswerMathematics1 decade agoSick of step daughters mother/ husbands ex! she is an absolute control freak and im sick of it! what to do?
Ok heres how it is, I am married have a baby with my husband and he has a daughter from a previous relationship, they broke up when she was 1 and we got together when his daughter was 2, she is now 6 and her mother and i have had many fallings out through the years, (they werent face-to-face they were through my husband and in all honesty they werent started by me!) she is always manipulating her daughter, i pick my step daughter up from school half the week and the mother picks her up the other half, i have become very attached to my stepdaughter,i pick her up from school because it helps my husband and my son gets to play with his sister too, the mother lets me do it cause she has 4 other children so it helps her even though shes not happy about it at all, she plays games, like once before we had ever fallen out my husband asked me to go pick her up from the mother because it was our night to have her (he couldnt), so i went there and my step daughter through a tantrum saying that she didnt want to go with me, in the end after her mother called my husband and he insisted that she come with me cause we had plans the mother put her in my car but wasnt happy about it, then in the car after my step daughter had calmed down she told me she wanted to go with her mummy (at the time she was 4) because she said she was going to take her up to the shops with one of her other brothers and buy her a treat (her mother obviously planned this to prove a point that i shouldnt be picking her up) afterward she rung my husband having a go at him about her going with someone she doesnt like which is completely untrue and the mother knows this too, she does these sorts of things all the time, and the thing is she always needs me to pick her up when she can't so its all when it suits her, but the thing i want to know is what to do now i am at my wits end with all these mind games i know when my step daughter is older her mum is going to manipulate her in2 hateing me, i can see it starting now, we are both doing the same course but im doing most from home so i see my son she said today "mummy said shes going to real university not on the computer" i just said really.. Alot happened today i better not get into it all ill be here all day but im seriously over all of it i love my husband but i dont know if i can do with her screwing with our lives anymore (trust me there is way more to it than this she is really sticking the knife in anytime she gets!!!) is there anyone out there in a similar situation if so how did you deal with it!? thanks for any serious answers
