Okay so I'm doing a report about him and I need to know if he ever sold jeans to the miners in San Francisco,and if he ever got married and any additional information would be great!
Okay I got all that already but can anyone tell me what were the first actual pants were not the ones for the miners but the ones made as Levi Strauss & Co.I've been searching for it but I can't find it.

actually his jeans were ment for miners in the first place. the jeans were a lot more rugged then the pants the miners were wearing before. tada

The first jeans he made were out of tent canvas. He was a tent maker at the time but tent sales in the gold fields were slow. So he made pants that would be sturdy.
