Problem with my PC?

Sometimes, when I give a Print Order on my Printer,my PC goes blank; and it has be re-booted. Why does it go blank?

    Sounds like a RAM problem, either that or if its a USB printer its causing a "Surge" on your usb port, or the easiest would be to uninstall it and reinstall the printer drive and see if that helps

    If you have any diag software on your PC like PC doctor then run it and it will test your hardware. If it does not happen all the time it is probably RAM going bad. When this happens can you do a control alt delete and does your computer respond to these key depressed.
