There is a FLY on my monitor should I kill it with my hand or burn it with a lighter.?

    If its a CRT monitor throw a shoe on him,if it is a LCD use a snow shovel.

    With your hand , hopefully with a newspaper...applying heat to the monitor could damge it or cause graphical problems...

    Dont do anything except brush it off if you have an LCD.

    just take a piece of paper towel and wipe it off.
